Stagnito Media acquired the Media Group from Zweig White Information Services, which includes Civil Connection e-newsletter, CE News and Structural Engineer magazines, and signature events such as The Best Firm To Work For Summit, as well as a total integrated media platform comprising electronic and custom media, research, and directories. The new acquisition will be branded as Stagnito Media and headquartered in Chicago.

Stagnito Media was formed by Harry Stagnito, Kyle Stagnito, and Kollin Stagnito, a team with more than 80 years of successful media experience. Most recently, they managed Stagnito Communications, the largest food, beverage, and packaging media company in the world. Stagnito Media is financially backed by Cardinal Growth, a Chicago-based private equity firm with more than $500 million under management.
