Advance registration ends Nov. 30, 2008, for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 88th Annual Meeting, which is expected to draw more than 10,000 transportation policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions to Washington, D.C., for the Jan. 11-15, 2009, conference. Advance registration allows attendees to take advantage of lower fees; hotel room reservations; and access to the preliminary locations for workshops, sessions, and events via an online preliminary program.

Full-meeting registrants in the United States who have paid by Nov. 30 will receive name badges and tickets by mail to speed on-site registration.
