The primary objective is to work together to provide integrated solutions for large capital construction and infrastructure projects. The agreement enables both companies to collaborate and use their combined skills and expertise to broaden client offerings for joint business development pursuits.

Golder Associates Inc., with more than 1,300 employees in over 45 offices across the U.S., provides consulting, design and construction services in the specialist areas of earth, environment and energy. O'Connell & Lawrence Inc. (OCL), based in Olney, Md., is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm that provides construction consulting, construction management, civil engineering design and surveying services to both public-sector and private-sector clients.
