GAI Consultants’ David Mollish receives HR Leadership Award

PITTSBURGH, PA. —David Mollish, MBA, M.A., received the 2011 Human Resource Leadership Award for his accomplishments as chief human resources officer of GAI Consultants Inc. Human resources professionals in the 10-county Pittsburgh region were nominated for their contributions to their companies as well as the overall HR discipline. A panel of judges reviewed online narrative submissions earlier this summer and selected winners in three categories — Small/Medium For-Profit, Large For-Profit, and Nonprofit companies.

"It’s an honor to receive the HR Leadership award and be recognized for GAI’s continued growth and success,” Mollish said, who also serves as executive leadership committee co-chair. “I’m proud of what we have accomplished as a company, and I’m excited for what’s to come."

Representing the Large For-Profit category, Mollish has achieved impressive results since joining GAI in 2006. He is a catalyst for positive change in employee and company growth, staff development, safety awareness, healthcare programs, employee relations, and performance reviews, among other areas.

For his success, Mollish credits his staff as well as GAI President Gary DeJidas, P.E., “an open-minded and excellent CEO who cares about our employees.”
