On the occasion of its centennial in 1998, Bechtel published Building a Century, which chronicled the people and projects that had combined to make the company a global leader in engineering and construction. To celebrate its 110th anniversary, Bechtel put the book online, along with a new chapter updating its work during the last decade.
This online version, available here, includes profiles of four generations of family leadership, links to project profiles, and more than 200 photos in easy-to-view galleries. Chapters include the following:
