Erosion Emulsion

December 2004 » New & Noteworthy

SoiltacĂ‚© is a polymer-based emulsion used primarily to stabilize all soils and to prevent dust and erosion. Soiltac is designed to work its way down into the soil to maximize the penetration depth. The result is a thick, protective barrier with a rigid and stable base. Once cured, Soiltac becomes completely transparent, leaving the natural landscape to appear untouched. Soiltac results are based on the application rate used. Modest applications can create a light, temporary surface crust that is permeable by water and is useful for dust control needs. Heavy applications are designed to generate results similar to the qualities of cement. Soiltac is biodegradable and environmentally safe to use.

Additional product features include water resistance, vegetation safe, ultraviolet ray resistance, and alkaline soil resistance. Also, it is non-flammable, non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-corrosive.
